This service is a favorite among many of our clients, as it is often beneficial to connect with others who are going through the same or similar situations. Groups include: Parenting adopted or kinship children; Teens and anxiety; Self Love & Compassion; Women's Wellness; and more. Groups need a minimum of 6 participants to run.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy can play a key role in helping a person who has experienced trauma learn to regulate their bodies and emotions. Occupational therapy can help any age.
